How do I pay?

We accept payment through Paypal, the completely secure and easy payment processor. You do NOT have to have an account with Paypal to purchase from the Smart Ark website.

Do you accept cheques?

We accept cheques from the UK in pound sterling only. Cheques should be made payable to:

Do You accept card payments?

Yes, we now accept Debit card payment by post (please download form above) or by phone.
To Order by phone please call: 07984582882. The preferred time would be 9.30am - 1.30pm, Monday - Thursday.



How much is the postage and delivery?

Standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.95 in mainland UK.
International and outside mainland UK delivery is charge based on the country of delivery. The applicable delivery charge will be highlighted at checkout BEFORE payment is taken. Please note Smart Ark is not responsible for any importation tax that is levied at the delivery destination.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 days for UK delivery, however items may arrive sooner than this.
International delivery may take  1-2 weeks or more.
Your item will be packed securely and dispatched through Royal Mail or a courier service.

 

 What is your returns and exchange policy?

At Smart Ark our return policy is simple.  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days for a complete refund or an exchange, less the shipping charges.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.  All returns must be approved by Smart Ark - in the event of a return, please contact us via email to info@smartark.com.  Upon receiving and processing the return, we will provide a refund.  

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed and sent back through a recorded delivery, as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for  lost or damaged items. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty Goods 

Each item at Smart Ark is thouroughly checked before dispatch. However in the unlikely event of damage, the damage/defect claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt as no claims can be hounoured after 7 days. Please contact us for return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue a replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require inspection so please retain all packing material.

 

 Your statutory rights are not affected
